150g caster sugar
130g self-raising flour
30g cocoa powder
2 large eggs
1 tsp milk
1 packet of oreos.
Pre-heat oven to Gas Mark 4/180 degrees.
Cream together the margarine and caster sugar.
Add in the eggs, and gradually fold in the flour and cocoa powder. Add in milk.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, turning the tray around once.
Buttercream: I use this Silver Spoon recipe. Crush about 5-7 oreos (easiest done using the bag and rolling pin technique) and then add these oreos into the icing. Spread this onto the cakes.
Using the remaining oreos, cut them into half (a lot harder than sounds) and decorate as pictures (using either one or two halves).
