Baking with Lauren: Cheese I-have-no-idea-what-to-call-this thing

Clue is in the title. I really just spontaneously made this delightful dish and cannot think of a fitting name atm. However, it tastes so frickin’ good. All you need is:

Puff pastry (I used the ASDA pre-rolled pastry).
Grated cheese.

First step, Preheat the oven to 180/Gas Mark 4. Fill half of the pastry with plenty of grated cheese.


Then, fold the pastry in half.


Cut into even, quite big strips.


Lightly twist to kinda resemble cheese twists (they won’t end up rigidly in this shape, its just to allow the cheese to mix better).


Bake for 15 minutes, then add more cheese all over.


Bake for another 15 minutes or until golden brown and voila, you have this amazing gourmet dish.
